Into a project
A keyboard-first picker files the task while the thought is still warm. ⏎ and it's gone from your head.
A productivity system for Mac & iPhone
One daily note for everything on your mind — meeting scraps, stray ideas, the thing you just promised someone. Highlight a line to make it a task. See everything due today. That's the whole system.
Your data lives in your iCloud — never on our servers.
The name
Rammenta
to bring something back to mind: to remember, to recall.
First thing
Rammenta opens on today's note, with everything due today beside it. No blank-app dread — just the page.
Throughout the day
Standup notes next to a stray idea next to the thing you promised Priya. It's a jot pad — it's allowed to be messy.
The moment it matters
That line about the metrics isn't just a note — it's a commitment. Select it.
⌘T
One key turns the line into a task; two letters drop it into a project. Your hands never leave the keyboard.
The receipt
The line stays in your note — struck through, linked to the task it became. Months later, you'll still know where it went.
Due today
Give anything a date and it gathers here — overdue in red, today on top. The list you actually work from.
Select any line in any note. The floating bar turns it into whatever it needs to be.

Highlight anything on a past day and Copy to Today pulls it forward. Old pages lock; loose threads don't.
Ship a highlight straight to Linear as a real issue — ⇧⌘L, pick a team, done.

Bold, links, five highlight colors — ⌘1–⌘5 — for the lines that only need to be louder.
Pinch out
Days sit side by side, exactly as you wrote them. Reading last week is reading — not archaeology.
Yesterday isn't finished with you
Past days lock — they're the record. But highlight any line and copy it to today, or turn it straight into a task.
The long view
Every day shows what it holds — recordings, notes, tasks due. The skipped days recede; the record stays.
Today's note is on your iPhone the moment you write it — and everything you jot on the go is waiting on your Mac.

Apple Watch — coming soon
The daily note is the system. Around it sit the tools you already reach for: a Spotlight bar that knows your library, dictation that types into any app, a screenshot editor, clipboard history, and window snapping.
Replace Spotlight
⌃⌥Space anywhere. Same silhouette as Spotlight: a slim glass bar that grows only when it has something to show. Type to launch. Return to ask your library. ⇧↩ to create. Mid-dictation, say Rammenta retrieve and keep talking.

⌥⌘D start / finish · Esc cancels

⌃⌥← ⌃⌥→ ⌃⌥↑ ⌃⌥↓ · ⌃⌥↩ max · ⌃⌥⌫ restore
Rammenta is an app, not a service you pour your life into. The library is a database on your devices — and it answers to you.
Notes, tasks, recordings — the whole library lives on your devices and syncs through your own private iCloud database. We don't run a server full of your notes. We couldn't read them if we wanted to.
Synced by Apple's CloudKit, encrypted in transit and at rest — end-to-end with Advanced Data Protection.
Your notes are most useful to the AI you already use. Rammenta ships an MCP server — point Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or any MCP client at your library and ask real questions. Read-only. Local. On your machine.
Free to start. Download for Mac now — or leave your email and we'll send the iPhone invite.

Rammenta connects to the places your work already lives: your recordings, notes, tasks, contacts, and calendars (Apple Calendar and Google Calendar). Rammenta requests read-only access to your Google Calendar so it can display your upcoming events on the home dashboard and notify you when a meeting is about to start. Calendar data is stored only on your device — it is never sent to our servers. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
