Your Digital Memory,
Just for You.
The fast, private app where your notes, recordings, tasks, and dictation live — that also compiles everything you say, write, and receive into a living wiki of your life.
The name
Rammenta
to bring something back to mind — to remember, to recall.
The problem
Your memory is scattered
across a dozen apps.
Recordings in one place. Notes in another. What your client said is buried in email; the date you agreed on is lost in a text thread. You remember it happened — you just can't find it.
Nothing connects, because nothing was ever compiled.
How it compiles
Watch your life compile itself.
Everything you say, write, and receive.
Recordings, notes, emails, texts. Browser history and files, coming soon.
Everything streams in. Nothing streams out.
It all lands on your device and your own iCloud — Apple-protected, and yours.
The understanding happens on your device.
Apple Foundation Models on-device, Apple's Private Cloud Compute when it needs more.
Your library is indexed for recall — locally.
Embeddings and search run entirely on-device — never in our cloud.
A call, an email, a text — one person.
One person, resolved across every source, into one self-updating page.
Want a sharper answer? Claude is opt-in.
Opt in, and only a question and a few snippets ever leave. Never your library or audio.
Step 1 · It pulls everything in
We pull everything in.
It never leaves you.
Rammenta reads from the places your life already lives — your voice recordings, notes, emails, iMessages, and calendars (Apple Calendar and Google Calendar). It auto-detects upcoming meetings so you never miss a beat. It all lands on your device and in your own iCloud, Apple-protected and yours. We never touch your data.
Rammenta requests read-only access to your Google Calendar so it can display your upcoming events on the home dashboard and notify you when a meeting is about to start. Calendar data is stored only on your device — it is never sent to our servers. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Sources
On your device and your own iCloud. Embedding and search run locally.
The engine
You choose if anything ever leaves. By default, nothing does.
Step 2 · It thinks on your device
It thinks
on your device.
Summaries, embeddings, search, and recall run locally. Harder Apple requests can use Private Cloud Compute. Claude is optional and receives only your question and a few relevant snippets, never your library or audio.

The payoff
A page for every person
and idea that matters.
Rammenta compiles a living wiki of your life — a page per person, concept, and project — that rewrites itself as new sources come in. The hard part most tools skip: canonical identity. The same person on a call, in an email, and in a text resolves to one page. Open it and see everything you know about them, current.
An LLM that maintains its own wiki — productized, and private. Applied not to a codebase, but to your whole life, fully on your device.
The “LLM wiki” pattern Andrej Karpathy described — built for everything you say, write, and receive.
Cumulative totals
Refreshed from the public leaderboard. Your notes and recordings are never included.
Replaces your stack
One private brain,
instead of a scattered stack.
Otter, Granola, your task app, your notes app — Rammenta does their jobs, and keeps it all on your device.

Todoist
Tasks A durable task list, with to-dos lifted straight from what you said. -

Notes & daily pages Clean Markdown, folders, and a page per day — searchable beside everything else. -

Dictation Speak into any app. Rammenta types it, cleaned up.
Consolidate the whole stack into one brain that actually remembers — and keeps it on your device.
Voice + world-class dictation
The fastest way
to feed it: talk.
Capture a thought, a meeting, or a long memo by voice on Mac and iPhone — with dictation good enough to write with. Rammenta keeps who said what, and files it where it belongs. Voice is how you feed the brain; the brain does the rest.

Lock the roadmap before Andrea's flight Tuesday, and ship the leaderboard first.
Hold the Globe key — or any shortcut you set. Spoken in one breath, punctuated, structured, and filed automatically.
Three devices.
One brain.
Speak on your wrist, write on your Mac, recall on your phone. It all compiles into the same private memory, the instant it happens.
Recent pages
Record from the menu bar, two balanced tracks — straight into your brain.
Ask your second brain
Ask anything
about anyone.
It reasons over your whole wiki and backs every answer with the exact moment it was said — speaker, timestamp, recording. Retrieval runs on your device.
