Rammenta

Rammenta is a productivity application for iPhone and Mac that helps you capture and recall your life: daily notes, voice recordings with transcription, tasks, and dictation. It compiles your recordings, notes, and connected sources into searchable pages so you can remember people, meetings, and commitments.

Rammenta is available on iPhone, Mac, and Apple Watch. Your library is stored on your device and in your private iCloud — not on Rammenta’s servers.

How Rammenta uses Google user data

If you choose to connect your Google account in Rammenta, the app requests access only to the Google APIs needed for the features below. Google data is used only to provide these user-facing features in the app — not for advertising, resale, or AI model training.

Google Calendar (calendar.readonly) — Rammenta reads your calendar events (titles, times, locations, and related metadata) to display your schedule on the Home dashboard, in daily notes, and to notify you before meetings start. Calendar data is cached on your device only and is not stored on Rammenta’s servers.

You can disconnect Google at any time in the app’s Integrations settings. Disconnecting stops new syncs; you can delete previously synced calendar data from the app.

Rammenta’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
